I was unaware or didn't realize that this hotel was a two⭐ rating. Which to me is unacceptable unless you are very desperate. I like to stay in rooms with four stars. Another dislike is there is no ice machine available. Also there is no overhead to pull under to unload your belongings. And when my spouse asked to use the bathroom near check-in he was told he couldn't. And lastly my stay was noisey as in other people making noise and seemed to have alot of traffic in and out of hotel.

The only negative thing I have to say is this: For being an extended stay property, there were no kitchen items provided. No plates. No silverware. No dish soap. Nothing. I found that odd. Otherwise..... a lovely place with a vey pleasant and helpful staff. This is our second time staying here.

The property had roaches explained to male desk clerk and said he would call pestcontrol. That did not happen so we got our own spray.

Mad at Kids no sleep
This has been the worse stay. I have stayed at this hotel more than once. Everytime i come to Gainesville i stay here. I was in room 209 and above me kids ran and jumped starting at 5 a.m til checkout. I had to travel back to Jacksonville with No sleep. This by far was the worse stay i had. Kids should be on the bottom floor. Slamming doors.

Well, we arrived around 6pm and we were glad we did because it said check in was until 11, but the lobby was closed at 9pm. We informed them soon after check in that our room phone was not working, we had no shower curtain, and we had a room with double beds for a family of 4(which was stated on our reservation)and only 2 towel sets. They didn’t send anyone to address the phone, towel or curtain issue. My husband somehow got a shower curtain. We went to check out the next morning at 10:40am, there was still no one working in the lobby to check us out. There was no key drop box so we slide our key in some crack in the lobby glass. We were so glad that we didn’t pay cash because they told us at check in that if we paid with cash we would have to pay a $100 deposit and seeing how there was no one in the office when we checked out, no telling what time they would have shown up for work for us to get our cash deposit back..
