Poor
Terrible customer service. Only one decent restaurant on the resort. Our AC went out the first night and they never repaired it.

The entertainment team did a great job, especially Fabian and Jessica. We traveled with 5 kids ranging in ages 7 to 13 and they constantly kept the kids entertained with everything from water aerobics to beach volleyball. The bartenders were awesome, they take the time to learn each person's preferred drink so by the end of the trip you just hand them your cup. Alex was particularly great in this area. The service at all the restaurants was great and the hotel had adapted quite well I thought to the challenges of operating during a pandemic. There were temperature checks each time we entered the property and food handling was done by staff only. This a great family friendly hotel. It's not going to be confused with the top of the line AMR resorts but for the price it can't be beat.

Noisy, smoke alarms all nighr
It was noisy. There were what sounded like smoke alarms beeping constantly in the hallways of the rooms. We told 2 different staff members and nothing was done about it. We had to listen to it all night. There was also music until 2:00am we could hear in our room. Another thing we didn’t like was we couldn’t order drinks to our liking. They only make certain drinks. Also the “Sun club” benefits for which we should have been eligible were not available.

Very good
Hotel definitely needs a head chef. Needed to get to breakfast lunch and dinner as soon as they started the buffet or else the food would be cold. Waiters were a hit or miss. Don’t fall for the secrets free breakfast, that are selling timeshares. Room was upgraded so it was nice and spacious. It was always clean when we cam back. Staff was friendly

Very good
The hotel is nice and most to all service was good, they could show new guest around to let them know what is all include in their stay. They also need to upgrade the hotel the pictures on the web to not match the actual look of the hotel when you get there.

Rude and annoying staff
We were excited to stay in a resort for the first time as a couple. When we arrived, they welcomed us to check in and took our luggage to “sanitize” in a room away from the check-in concierge. After checking in, a separate woman approached us telling us to sit with her to get some “coupons”. Having traveled for hours, we just wanted to get to our room and rest so I asked her if it was obligatory and she said yes. I thought this was ridiculous and realized this is their way to try and get you to buy things/ a timeshare with them. I told her to make it quick. The first thing she asked us was if we were approached by people inside airport selling tours and if we bought the deal. We told her no. She asked us 3 more times. It was rude and frustrating. She went on to tell us lies about crossing borders across states. Using fear to prevent us from leaving the resort. We are not new to Mexico. We grew up coming to Mexico and understand how to travel here safely. Her behavior was rude and it frustrated us very much to where we didn’t want to spend time at the resort. Multiple people during our stay approached us trying to sell stuff to us. This is not how we wanted to spend our two nights there. Although the room was very nice and super comfortable, we wouldn’t return nor recommend it to anyone. To be clear, the service staff such as waiters and gate personnel were great. They check your temperature coming in and out.

I did like you did not need to make reservations at the sit down restaurants. Nice beach. Could use an upgrade on the Buffett food.
