Nice place to stay with friendly staff.
Really nice hotel overall. The staff were great here, really friendly and welcoming! They were really helpful when it came to organizing our Halong Bay trip and helping with recommendations in the local area! The location was perfect close to many restaurants in a very happening area. It was within walking distance to all the attractions and main points of interest. Hotel provided airport transfers which were reasonably priced. The breakfast consisted of pancakes, fruit, toast and jam plus juice. The rooms were good. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi! If you haven't yet booked a trip for Halong Bay I'd recommend waiting until you are in Hanoi and booking through the hotel. If you don't fancy any of their trips there are a lot of places nearby that you can buy a trip from also.

Lovely rooms and staff.
Close to Old Quarter and a few mins walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially with our plan changes. Buffet breakfast small but very nice.

Deserving of its high rating.
This was the first hotel I have stayed at based on Expedia reviews and so I was a little skeptical if glowing reviews matched reality, but in the case of the Lotus Boutique needn't have worried, what a fantastic little hotel, with a great location in the old quarter. Stayed in a generous sized room 701, balcony over looking the street at the entrance. I choose a higher room based on others comments to help lessen the Hanoi traffic noise, it was fine they had ear plugs if it was a bother. One of the highlights of staying here would have to be breakfast menu a large selection of dishes to try catering to every taste and wonderfully presented. The staff were all super friendly and everything was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Lovely stay.
We arrived after travelling on a train for 16 hours before going to Halong Bay, they gave us breakfast and use of the bathroom so we could freshen up before going on a bus for the next leg of our tour of Vietnam. Breakfast was lovely a lot to choose from. We came back after our tour of Halong Bay for 3 nights, wow, the rooms were fantastic plenty of room a walk in shower also a lovely big bath. We would stay here again as it was near all the shops and bars.

This is a wonderful hotel. Service is impeccable. Reception was always very helpful. The rooms were very clean with modern furnishings. It can get a little noisy outside, but this is Hanoi. Breakfast was generally very good. It is ala carte but you can order as much as you want. The Vietnamese food was fantastic. The desserts weren't that special. All in all, I'd be happy to stay here again.
