Great Location, clean, tidy, friendly!!
This hotel is perfectly located for anyone wanting to be in the heart of Newcastle. So many places are walking distance its brilliant. Equally if its off the main street so not quite so busy and noisy. The hotel reception is lovely, modern and fresh and the staff were very friendly. The rooms I would say are certainly on the small side and more functional than anything. I wouldnt stay here if you were looking for plush and cosy but if you just need a base then its spot on. Because of its location it is clearly popular with hen and stag do's so much of the time the hotel is very quiet. It is however busy "the morning after" and at check in time mid afternoon. Would be very happy to stay here again.

Good all rounder for short stays
Although the room itself was a little small, it was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The lounge area of the hotel is very spacious and cosy, including larger tables and smaller nooks. Bed was comfortable, shower was powerful and the breakfast was tasty. Good location in the city. Would recommend for shorter stays or if you’re not going to be in the room for too long.

Amazing front of house but poor rooms.
Amazing lobby and bar but rooms not that good basic bathroom. Shower useless. Stains on walls. Rooms were boiling hot and the cooling temp meter didnt work.
