A Wonderful Stay
Great hospitality and within walking distance to the nice little town with a French bakery and nice restaurants overlooking the river.. Very close to Gatineau Park that offers superb skiing ,skating and hiking opportunities. Owner serves a wonderful breakfast and provides lots of helpful information on the area.

Awesome B&B Experience
Such a great, family friendly B&B. Dawn was wonderful. From taking care of our family group accommodation needs and breakfast requests to suggesting local events, attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable - suiting our needs perfectly. We will definitely visit Wakefield and stay at Dawn's B&B again.

Stay at Wakefield
Dawn is a very pleasant host. Breakfast was very good. We appreciated a lot that she did laundry for us. My daughter also had a good time hanging out with Dawn's daughter. I highly recommend this accommodation.

This was everything a B&B ahould be - really professional level of service but with a genuine warmth anf personal touch thst you just dont get in hotels. The host Dawn is absolutely awesome and made me feel like I wss staying with a friend rather than a B&B host! The bed was super comfortable, with a separate sitting room and bathroom. All immaculatly clean with a nice homely feel.

A very pleasant stay with homely vibes
It was a very pleasant stay. Dawn and her family made us feel like a home. She cooked delicious breakfast for us. My 5 year old son enjoyed a lot staying in the hotel and playing with her kid. She is knowledgeable regarding the attractions nearby and suggested the museum and the free admittance to museum that we could take advantage of. Overall my family is very happy with the stay. We took advantage of visiting Gatineau park which is on the way to Ottawa. There are lots of hiking and attractions in the area. A beautiful park. I felt that we had a wonderful time visiting Ottawa and gatineau park and this hotel is in perfect spot to take advantage of visiting all these places. My son remembers Bobby and he wants to come back and stay there. And we too. Many Thanks Dawn for making our stay memorable !!!!
