2/10 Poor

The worst three star hotel I've ever stayed in London it's very noisy and located opposite factories and warehouses, I was allocated a small double room on the first floor, with a view of the drains and air-conditioner vents at the back of the property. I booked for four nights and it was so noisy as all night long all I could hear was banging doors and people talking outside my door, every night. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting as there was no fried eggs and tomatoes and mushrooms or any salad or fresh fruits, there was also no confectioneries and jams and honey. Also there was no cooked meat like sausages and bacon, for a full English breakfast it was terrible. All I had was two small yoghurts and a banana and water down fruit juice. I would highly recommend you avoid this hotel.

Would not recommend this hotel. We arrived to be told there was no parking initially due to a large wedding in the venue even though we had called ahead to confirm that we booked this hotel because it had parking. Eventually they found us a space, we were then kept up all night as the remaining of the hotel was the wedding party. Including them shouting, singing in the hallway outside our room past 2am. When we raised this with revelation, very little help was offered, we were told we would revive a call within the week from the manager and that call never came.

Mattress was very old and uncomfortable, air conditioning rattled and barely worked, horrible smell of electrical fires from nearby industrial buildings. When asked about switching rooms the receptionist told us the hotel was fully booked but we saw a handful of guests during our stay, this was almost certainly not true. Avoid.
