A Beautiful Relaxing place to Rejuvenate.

Crazy Creek is an awesome place. I kick myself for not staying longer. I will definitely be going back.

    Crazy Creek Resort Review

Crazy Creek Resort was in a great area to enjoy the activities close by. We revisited childhood memories at The Enchanted Forest with our daughters who are now full-grown:). I recommend the Suspension Bridge and the hike up to the top of the falls while staying in this area. We rented one of the suites at the resort which was a super cute stand-alone park model modular home within the campground. (Thank goodness it was not a tent!) The main living spaces were kept clean and well-stocked enough to enjoy cooking your own meal. One main suggestion would be to look up when the suite is cleaned as there were a lot of dust webs, the fixtures were very dirty and dusty and we could not turn on the fan due to the dust. Also, chairs around the fire in addition to the picnic table would have been more comfortable. Overall the rest of the unit was clean though, clean bathroom, clean bedding, clean kitchen, and appliances. The staff were very helpful and went above to keep us abreast of any news or changes. If you were a camper - they had a great little store on-site with a food truck for munchies and of course the hot pools.

Overall we had a really nice time. The staff were friendly, the grounds were great, the pools were really warm and great to swim in! That said, upon our arrival, our room was filthy! Hair everywhere, sand all over the floor, on the bed. Dog hair on everything, we couldn’t even sit on the couch because it had so much hair on it. The couch and bedspread has stains and food or something stuck to them. It was really bad. We pulled out the broom that was in the room but there was so much hair on it that we couldn’t sweep without leaving more dirt and hair. The towels didn’t appear clean, nor did the dishes. The people beside us had the same issue and we all got staff to come help. They were very kind and apologetic and got to work cleaning pretty fast. But we had to leave our rooms at 730pm and just hang out outside waiting. It was a bit awkward. When we got back, it was cleaner, but not by much... on a regular day I’d have an issue with a dirty room, but during covid, I have to say it was pretty uncomfortable to have to wonder just how dirty our room really was. They offered no compensation or anything for the filth and disruption to our stay... This place has amazing potential but I don’t think I’d go back based on the complete lack of cleanliness and hygiene.

    Family overnight stay in suite.

The stay overall was good. We stayed in a studio suite and it was well equipped with all we needed. It wasn’t over the top clean however it was more like camping with an indoor residence. The bed was very comfortable also. My only complaint would be the hours were a little odd. Check in was at 5pm but hot pools and suspension bridge closed at 7pm so you arrive and everyone’s hungry and you have to choose to eat or rush to get the 2 hours of play since they don’t open again until 11am and that is also check out time. Other then the odd times and such it was a nice overnight stay and we would return.

Pretty good place overall. Right off the highway and about 25 mins to Revelstoke. There is no restaurant on property and you will have to go to Revelstoke to eat. Our room did have a kitchen and overall it was surprisingly clean
