Everything was great until I checked my credit card statement. I got charged $70 for a pet fee on top of the 130 per night for a pet fee. I have a service dog that was identified at check in.

Casino Hotels Post-Covid-19
I would likely be a bit harder on this hotel, as it is apart of a Harrah’s Casino, and I would normally expect a lot more from this hotel, if I had stayed there before 2020 happened. The staff couldn’t have been more professional, friendly, knowledgeable or accommodating. Be prepared for a strict 11:00 AM check out time, though, as it is strictly enforced, and late checkouts come at an extra charge. The hotel, itself, is very much in need of updating, but as anyone can imagine, the casino-hotel business probably lost the most money, per day, of anyone in the hotel industry during the Covid-19 lockdown days. I’m sure they have to make up for those losses before undergoing a major renovation, but come on guys, at least splurge on some nicer, newer bath towels that all match and come without stains! Yuck! I suggest bringing your own towels from home personally, but that goes for every hotel I visit, 5 stars or not! Lol. Overall, this hotel’s staff makes the experience what it is. Kindness doesn’t cost a thing but it can give a huge return to those that use it in a genuine manner!
