Great stay!
Great property and location. There are great restaurants in the area and a German Bakery 50 meters far from it! The hotel were very accommodating to our needs and we appreciate the kindness and attention, upgrading our room without any extra cost. Bangkok is a place with great things to see and visit!

Poor management
Woken up from sleep to move the car as they wanted to do maintenance in the car park. No apology from the night manager or in the morning. Not aceptable. Room service staff very polite as were k May and k Weena in the resteraunt bar. Shame bad service from management spoils a nice hotel. Have lost my booking for next week.
