Disappointing and unwelcoming
I had to book this hotel quickly as my daughter was admitted to hospital and the hotel shows on the hospital map as being nearby. When I arrived I was told i was too early and couldn’t check in till 6 which was fine but not at all carried out in a welcoming way. Although the hotel claims a restaurant open all the time except Sundays this is just not true. No service is available Saturdays and the very good local Corsicon restaurant was closed. I asked where I could eat and was told to go to the Carrefour. I said it was ‘closed’ but was told it wasn’t. The cafe in the Carrefour was shut. I didn’t want McDonalds and there is a big notice in the hotel saying it is forbidden to take in food and drink from outside. This hotel is ok for one night but don’t book to stay at a weekend.
