Not value for money
We booked the 'sea view room'. This is a slight misrepresentation. Don't get the impression that this hotel is looking out over the seafront. There is another hotel in front of it blocking most of the view. This room is just on the corner of the building so we could see a small glimpse of the sea, but most of the 'view' is of the hotel in front. Other than that, location-wise, it's pretty good. It's less touristy and noisy like Kaleiçi, and there are good bus routes nearby to get you to Lara Beach, or to more central. The reception area and lounge looks very stylish and pleasant. The reception service is acceptable - they were helpful but not particularly welcoming. We didn't stay too long in the room during the day as we were out most of the time. But when we did use the room, we did not get a good night's rest. The corridors were very noisy on 2 nights we stayed there. Loud guests were allowed to just keep on being noisy (they were shouting at the front of the hotel and kept on shouting in the corridor and in their room). Safe in the room not secured to the wall. On our first morning, our breakfast took 15-20 minutes to get to us (despite reminding our server multiple times). Thankfully this was not to happen the following mornings. The breakfast was standard for Turkish hotels (cheeses, 2 börek (pastry filled with cheese), meat, bread, tea), and was decent. We never used the pool so can't comment, but the size is big enough just to wade in, not swim.

Poor WiFi Connection and Maintenance Issues
Espina has a lot of potentials along with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea. They have friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The hotel decor was very chic and cute. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom could use a towel rack and basic amenities. It was comfy. However, Espina had several maintenance and WiFi issues during our stay. It rained for several days and the ceiling had leakage problems in the hallways and our bathroom. Paint residue would fall from the ceiling onto the toilet every so often along with puddles of water, which was very uncomfortable. Also, the room became flooded with water while raining one evening as if the doors were not sealed on the bottom. The WiFi connection was very, very poor. The receptionist changed our rooms two times because we did not receive any connection. Once we changed rooms, the WiFi connection was still very poor. It would disconnect every five minutes. We felt bad for calling the front desk numerous times to complain. If these two issues would be fixed, Espina would be an amazing hotel. Otherwise, I don't think I would return. And Kudos to the very kind and patience lady and the gentleman at the front desk who treated us wonderfully.

Very good 8.0
Lovely small friendly hotel. Staff were very hardworking, pleasant and friendly. Not a lot of choice for breakfast but we enjoyed what we had. The hotel does not have a restaurant as such but they will cook light snacks when required, usually at any time that you ask. The bottled water is given freely as is the Turkish black tea. There are lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance, fish, Mexican, Italian and of course traditional Turkish food. Would recommend to friends.

Nice little hotel, clean tidy and well presented.
A good choice if you are planning to be out and about daily. There was only two female reception staff who spoke English who where friendly and helpful. The pool is small however it is good to cool off in. Hotel has visiting tourist but primarily guess are local residents. Bed and breakfast only and breakfast is boring same thing everyday. Beautiful coast line views near the hotel however not accessible so if you need to visit the nearest beach it's approximately a 30 Lira taxi ride away. All in all it is value for money.

Not worth the money I paid
I made a reservation for a family room with published rate on the site. I arrived late at night very tired after along drive from Fethiye but I was surprised that the hotel don’t have my booked room. They gave me two separate rooms on the same level but the rooms were very small compared to the size of the family room that I had initially booked. Breakfast is good but limited to standard menue served to the table.
