Best staff and place to stay in ubud
I enjoyed staying here so much. It is one of the coolest and neat places I have stayed. You are in the middle of rice terrace in ubud. You can hear frogs and everything. Such an amazing experience. The staff there is top notch. I didn’t want to leave. Book this place before you can’t.

Good location and very helpful friendly staff. It would be better if they were more flexible with there free bus into Ubud. We were the only people on the bus and asked if we could come back 1 hour earlier and it was a no. We waited the hour and were the only people on the bus.

We absolutely loved our stay here! While it is a bit remote, that's actually a plus since it is really hectic down in Ubud city center (the traffic is unreal!). If you're looking for somewhere quiet to relax and unwind, this is the place to be. The villa itself was beautiful and while the private pool was a bit smaller than I expected it was more than enough for me and my spouse. The bed was comfortable and being in your villa felt very secluded (i.e. no shared interior walls and high exterior walls between you and the neighboring villa). The staff was really what made this a 5-star stay though. They went above and beyond to meet your needs and make sure you felt welcome and comfortable. On our first full day there we accidentally left our bug spray in our driver's car (I highly recommend hiring a private driver to take you around - I meant it when I said the traffic is hectic!). We went out on a limb and asked the front desk if they had any bug spray we could use and they gave us a whole bottle to keep. They do discourage the use of grab delivery drivers for food, which initially put us off, but the restaurant that they have on site was so good and reasonably priced that we wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else for dinner anyways (the rib eye and chicken cordon blue were excellent!). The ant situation is real (you are in a more rural area) but if you're careful not to leave food or drink out you should be fine.

Amazing villas with either rice fields or jungle view. Private pool was lovely and the staff was friendly (as everywhere in Bali). We had a really good guide/driver, Aretha, who showed us around for 3 days, extremely friendly and helpful, even by Bali standards 😊

Quiet and private villa. A little bit difficult to find but that is part of the allure. The staff were excellent, helpful and well-trained. Facilities and equipment in the room can be better up kept and maintained. The towel holder was broken and the safe was also unserviceable. Minor flaws in an overall excellent accommodation.

Staff are amazing and friendly. Villa is clean and quiet. Breakfast (and restaurant) food is freshly cooked and very good. There is a shuttle bus into Ubud but other drivers are also available. No complaints at all.
