Confirmed booking not booked at all
They contacted us by email 2 weeks before arrival asking us to cancel our reservation, we did not see that email and it was still confirmed through hotels.com! They did not have a room for us. My little experience with the hotel, therefore, is not good. And it was a struggle to get them to help us find another hotel.. I would not book them again since I feel I wouldn't be able to trust the booking.
