We had a great trip. This was our second stay here in the past year. Awesome pool, great location, and great staff.

Very good
This is one of the best hotels in Valladolid and in the center of town, so everything is in walking distance. I had a water leak in my room, so I had the inconvenience of my room flooding out. The staff was very attentive in coming to repair the problem and mopping it out; but by then I was already checking out, thank goodness. However, that aside, I will still stay at this hotel when I next travel to Valladolid.

Staff was very friendly! There are 2 parts! We were in the old part! The bed was small for 2 people. There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower was not to great. If you book here make sure you have a room in the new section by the pool. But it was a clean hotel!

Wonderful stay in Valladolid
We had a beautiful big suite overlooking the pool in the new building. There are 3 buildings - 2 across the street from the pool with lovely updated rooms as well. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Angel and Mercedes helped us order pizza on phone which we would never have been able to do without Spanish. We loved our 5 day stay!!!!

Nice, modern hotel with small drawback
Very nice hotel, clean rooms, and nice pool. Beware that it is located on a slightly tight road just blocks away from the city center. The only downside of the hotel is that they have multiple towers. If your room happens to be located in a tower across the street from the reception office, you'll have to wear a paper wristband for the duration of your stay. It's reminiscent to a wristband you'd get when you go to a rock concert. This helps them identify guests who are staying with the hotel.

Easy check in, for an English speaking guy. Property was done recently. Pool area wow, room suite wow. Also my phone went black on me and one of the guls helped me. 3 of the ladies were helping me. What a friendly place for visitors to Valladolid. I will be back
