Exceptional 10.0
It was great and easy.

Tiny Clean Micro-Hotel
This is a micro-hotel. The beds have the capability to be moved into more of a couch or a bed. They have created great storage however, for a business trip where I typically work out of the room it was not ideal.

Exceptional 10.0
Great Location, Staff and Amenities.
Great from start to finish. Arrived before check-in time and staff was extremely welcoming and willing to make accommodation for our luggage so we could grab a bite to eat and then return to have access to our room. Perfect location for using public transportation and exploring Boston.

Very good 8.0
Great spot for a long weekend visit!
I wasn't expecting such a small "cabin" style room, but it was ultimately fine for the weekend with my husband. The comfort level of the bed left a lot to be desired, and the visibility into the toilet room was a bit off putting for personal privacy. However, the location was a wonderful spot to enjoy many downtown Boston attractions. We enjoyed a few times at the lobby and rooftop bar along with great recommendations from the bartenders. Loved the chili lime chicken wings! Great for walking distance from South Street station upon returning from the Patriots game too.

Poor 2.0
Stay away
The room was the size of a closet. We requested a room with a refrigerator and they had to send someone up to bring it bc it wasn’t in the room. The employee used a key to enter our room unannounced while my gf was in bed and I was getting into the shower. Complete invasion of privacy. The fridge was big enough to hold 1 can of soda. They said any bigger would be a fire code violation bc there’s not enough room in the room to have one (see pic of fridge the size of a purse). Speaking of privacy our bathroom window allowed a rooftop bar to see directly into the room so we had to keep the blinds closed the whole time and no natural light (see photo of the view). Food was awful and over priced see the pic below of the $12 “tostada” that I ordered (you could order a plate of nachos for cheaper!) Bartenders were horrible. They ignored customers and would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. We asked for a refund bc we wanted to go to another hotel and they chuckled and said bc we booked through hotels.com that we’d have to bring our problem to them. No refund. This hotel made our whole trip suck. Worst experience I’ve ever had and WILL NOT ever book a room through a third party again. This website did not accurately portray the hotel.
