Poor 2.0
Too small and too expensive. Booked on web and then YOTEL charges about $23.01again when checked out Called the facility fee. So total about $230 only one night for very, very small room without any bottle drinkable water, etc.

When we arrived we were not given the room we had reserved on Cabin w Queen and bunk bed. Reception desk said”we booked through another party and the reservation made was for the wrong room.”Even though I showed the confirmation to desk clerk and had called 2 weeks earlier direct to hotel to confirm the Rez He failed to give us the room we reserved. Disappointment in customer service Did not offer an apology or anything as simple as a breakfast voucher for even coffee for service recovery. Started trip off on a bad note. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and hotel

They try to charge you for everything your 15 minutes early you can have your room for $30 extra. Your car is staying a little longer you can leave it for $15 extra ridiculous. The room is super tiny and no privacy even when using the bathroom.

Modern, comfortable & cozy
We weren’t sure how the accommodations were going to be size wise. They were small, but actually comfortable. The bed was great. Love how it moved into a futon when not using as a bed, which allowed for walking space. The bathroom door was a privacy curtain. The top bunk is great for kids, but teens might be skeptical. Our biggest issues were the shower leaking and lack of storage for clothes. We lived out of suitcase for 4 days. Also more hooks for towels and coats would be helpful. If you choose not to have cleaning service, they credit you $5/day to spend in bar/restaurant. I also forgot about the nightly property fee, which added another $80 to cost. All in all, I would stay at a Yotel again. Maybe next time with just two people.

Never again.
This was the strangest hotel ever. The were very small and cramped. It was like being on a really cheap cruise. Especially for what they charge. There was no privacy at all in the bathroom with glass doors and a sheer curtain. They have a bar but none of the standard liquor. All they had was over priced top shelf stuff. No room service. Parking is over priced.

Location was amazing. From the airport if you are by baggage belt 1(ground floor) , exit the building and turn right . The bus stop is 5 to 10 metres away if that. Board the SL1 for free and its the 4th stop (courthouse). Take the lift to station level then take the other lift to street level. I came out on the side of kings dining and you can see the hotel across the road. Check in was fast and efficient and didnt have any issues when advising that my friend would be arriving whilst I was out. Room is as you expect from a yotel - sleek, modern and minimalist with alot of techy features. Only downside was one day we returned and the cleaners had emptied the bin but left the tied up rubbish bin on the sink which was unhygienic. We also found that some pajamas were on the floor - werent impressed. It was our last night so we didnt make a fuss but just a note to managment to ensure that staff respect people's property and maybe pay a little more attention.

A disappointing and overpriced stay
Things to flag for potential guests: (1) The rooms are EXTREMELY small. I've stayed at hotels with space-efficient rooms before. So it wasn't the end of the world. But the website photos are misleading. The only window was in the bathroom, and there was literally 2 feet between the foot of the bed and the wall. 2) Parking at the hotel costs an additional $50 per night. And the valet service is disorganized and VERY slow. (3) The top floor lounge and deck is currently closed for renovations, so don't plan on any 270-degree views of Boston. (4) Customer service is mixed. Several of the people I met were super friendly. One of the managers was surprisingly unreasonable, bordering on hostile. (5) It is not a smoke-free environment. My room smelled of smoke each night I stayed there. I suspect it was leaking in from another room. (6) They use an autonomous robot to deliver non-food-items to your room. My son was delighted. (7) The decor is modern and interesting. But not cool enough to offset the other drawbacks. And the bed was memory foam - soft and comfy (unless you hate memory foam).
