The room was small but very nice, lux cozy if you will. I’ll be staying again.

Exceptional 10.0
The staff was exceptional , very helpful and accommodating. The room was beautiful, I felt like I was “home”. Love the decor and bed was comfy. I was going to stay for just one night and ended up extending my stay because I wanted to spoil myself a bit longer.

Beautiful clean rooms
Hall carpets need shampooing. Dirty. Especially stairs. Rooms are immaculate however. Beautiful lounge area in lobby. Overall a good hotel to stay. Dont get the name though. Should be changed.

2 night stay.
It was a really nice hotel room and a pretty room for the fair price. Everything was just as presented in the photos but the room smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in and the sheets. If it wasn’t for that it would have received a 5/5.

Great extended stay for a work trip!
Helpful front desk staff, took safe and proper measures to reduce risk of possible exposure in light of COVID outbreak.

NEVER AGAIN
I am beyond disappointed and grossed out. The room I paid for was a king room. when I got to the room, it smelled like wet dogs and disgusting. I had to settle for a room with two queen beds, (it smelled better) but the door did not lock properly, they never came in to clean my room or make the bed, and it was just old and dirty all the way around. I did not feel safe, clean or happy. If it hadn't been so late, and I knew of another option, I would have asked for a refund and high tailed it out of there!!

Highly recommend
I really enjoyed this hotel... I was able to check in early and sleep in a quiet room... It was small and comfortable...I felt safe and every staff person I encountered was kind and friendly.

Unacceptably Tiny Rooms, even for NYC
The rooms are just unbearably small. We upgraded from a queen room where you couldn’t open a carry-on suitcase to a king room, which could accommodate a king size bed but not more more. It also had a smaller bathroom than the queen room. Having stayed in a number of NYC hotels in this price range, the room size is completely unacceptable and uncomfortable for two people. There are no amenities to speak of either. Check out my photo of how close rooms are to each other. Two people can’t exit the rooms at the same time!!!! Staff is friendly and rooms are clean, but would never stay here again.

Poor 2.0
Closet-sized rooms
Oof. The room that cost $150 is a CLOSET. We can barely walk around the queen-sized bed. If I roll off the bed I’ll fall out the window. So incredibly uncomfortable and an awful value. Have stayed in way better in the same area for the same price. Should’ve stuck with what I know.

Good for New York but not a luxury hotel
In general clean but when we arrived there was toilet paper not flushed and we found hair in the towels. Cleaning lady almost kicking us out daily from the room in order to clean. Personal not really smiling or caring about us. No kettle available and even if we asked to have one at the beginning nobody in a week provided us with one and every time we asked for hot water in the bar as per reception it was either closed or personal annoyed. However the staying was good for New York.
