I checked in for a 5 night stay. Room did not have towels when I first checked in. Had to go to the front desk to get them. On two separate days, my room key was deactivated when I returned that evening. Had to get the key reactivate at the front desk. Room never freshened up by cleaning staff at all. Would have been nice to get new towels at least once in the five night stay. The curtains need replaced and the toilet need repaired. The toilet constantly would make noise as if it was filling back up with water. This would go on every minute then stop for a minute then come back on for a minute. I had to close the door so I would not have to constantly listen this. I believe they need to update their photos of the rooms. Mine did not have any lamps, desk table and chair, and the night stands did not match. To top off my stay, at 2:50 am on my final night stay I was awakened by someone trying to get into my room with a room key. This went on several minutes before I got up and actually opened the door to see who it was. It was a woman who stated that she was given this room at check-in. I told her that I don’t have to check out until 11 am. I had trouble going back to sleep. I guess it was good that the lock actually worked from the inside.

Poor 2.0
I picked this place to get away from the office and do computer work without interruption. The room rate was advertised on Trivago/Expedia at $34 including taxes for 1 night. I did not look at my bill or invoice and just found out that I got charged $112 for that room. I never pay over $50 to stay on Sunday night or weekdays in Las Vegas, EVER!! In fact I stayed at Boulder Station and Palace Station for $44 a night, the Rio for $62 all inclusive. Who in his right mind would pay $112 to stay in a motel like this where you park your car in front of the room. I would never do that!! There were excellent places available for less than a $100 ALL INCLUSIVE, why would I pick this absolute dump?? I was there for 1 hour and there were drug deals fights outside my room, with people threatening others of murder with the foulest language ever. So I left that place after less than 3 hours, in fear for my safety and as soon as the turmoil ended. I could understand and justify the environment for $34, absolutely not for $112. ===I GOT CHEATED OUT OF $80 WITH SOME CHEAP TRICK. WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE=== ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL AND SHAMEFUL TO TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY SO UNDERHANDEDLY==PATHETIC== Itinerary # 7245148191959

So I trusted the positive reviews and seeing you get what you paid for, I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised with how disappointing our visit was. First this place is no where near as nice looking as the photos would make it appear. Kudos to the person who touched up those photos! This honestly is a place you’d want to stay one night in for whatever your reason is. I saw three different rooms all of which have the same programmed set to one station, CNN. I have to say only being able to hear about Donald Trump and politics did spur the overall experience. I had asked the staff if there is a different room with a normal tv but kept being assured they would send someone to fix it, it never was. Receiving extra towels and an extra key card was painless at least. Your gonna get your bare basics here. Outlets are too high up the wall and in random spots each room! Shower curtains don’t ever appear to be cleaned or the bottom of each tub scrubbed thoroughly enough.

Warning! Do Not Stay Here!
This will never be a hotel that we stay at due to identification policies set by their hotel. When we checked in, they asked to see identification of each person in our party over 18. We were not opposed to this. HOWEVER, when they tried to make copies of our driver's license, we stopped them and said that we do not permit anyone to make copies. The manager stepped in and explained that it was hotel policy and they required it to prevent ID Theft because it was a prepaid reservation and anyone could walk in claiming to be me with a valid ID. 1. No one will ever walk in with my last name after reserving a hotel in any given place in the world with a valid ID. 2. Once you show a valid ID, there is no need to EVER have a copy made of it especially people other than the one making the reservation. 3. They also had your credit card number on file. Which also urges me to share this - DO NOT prepay your hotel reservation. 4. The sign on the wall of the lobby said that they "Prevent ID Theft" Which is definitely a "sign" NOT to stay there! Do Not Ever Allow a hotel (or anyone) to COPY your ID card or driver's license. ID THEFT 101. There were four other people standing around listening to our conversation and clearly had access to all of our info when they wanted, so trust walked out the door and we did not stay here. This hotel was located in a commercial neighborhood and I would never stay here with children. I'm canceling the credit card I used for this trip.

Awful Experience
I guess the saying is true that you get what you pay for. I received the worst customer service ever from Hotel Galaxy. We were stranded with car problems and had been in thr hot sun all day trying to figure ouy how to get home. I chose hotel galaxy because it was had a vacancy and it was reasonably priced. Upon our arrival the front desk staff Jessica couldn't find our reservation. I showed her my confimation ad well as where the bank took thr funds out. I have a medical condition and needed a bathroom. She refused to let me use the lobby bathroom. Told me to walk to the nearest gas station. I explained my situation. It took over an hour for her to find our reservation. During this time she was rude. At 11:30 pm we got our room key. The door wouldn't open. We had to go back for a different room. At this point I wanted nothing more than a shower and bed. I went to shower and there were no towels. I had to get dressed and go and ask. Again, no apology or politeness from Jessica. The lamps didn't work. In the morning at check out the new girl at the desk was talking to her friend and didn't even look at us.
