Bone-dry ammonities.
No Fridge. No Microwave. No Coffee Maker. No Hair Dryer. No TV. No Ice. No Iron. No Table to eat food. No Wifi. Blanket smell cigarette. Asked lady at the front desk for replacement blanket, she said she has to get it from other place and told me to wait 5 min. Waited for 1 hr without the call then went check on her. The lady was no longer at the front desk. A young man was there instead. He quickly opened a drawer's door and said they ran out. Environment around the hotel was ok, no issues. We wanted to save on resort fees. We were wrong. Next time we would stay at big hotels at comparable price and pay for resort fees.

Worst ever
This hotel is a nightmare. First, the pictures are doctored. The property is nowhere near as nice as the photos. The hotel requires a new key card every day, “for security reasons.” I have never been in a hotel with such foolishness – and I travel far more than most people. Clearly, they don’t think their hotel is safe. More importantly, they never tell you this until you complain that the key doesn’t work. On my second key, the woman snapped at me for my “tone” in asking for a new key. When I asked what she was doing in the service industry, she threw the key at the window and said, “I’m not helping you. GET OUT OF MY FACE!” then she slammed the window shut and turned her back on me. I had to call the police to recover my personal items and my wife’s medication. I had to book a new hotel. The company that sold me this prepaid room (where this review is posted) did nothing to protect me. The Hotel and the service company refuse to refund my money.

It was pretty bad I’m afraid
We were staying on the strip for 4 days in vacation and I was Was looking for a cheap room to stay near the airport until me and my daughter’s plane left 5 hrs later. We literally showered and left within an hour and stayed at the airport until our plane left. I wasn’t sure it was a safe place for me and my 11 year old. It was old, dingy, and smelled strongly of disinfectant. There was a HUGE crack under the door big enough to let in rodents and/or the elements. I was afraid to lay down on the bed because between the linoleum floor and the shaky bed, the whole room was giving human trafficking vibes. I can’t be too mad though. You get what you pay for.

Grateful
Had to get a fast trip back to Vegas for a few doctors appointment this week was really unexpected, but I had to take care of it. When you get on the road to quickly realize that you have no place to stay and very much better than the street but it has been a long time since I had extra money for a place to go to. I am a bit grateful for Hotels.com that I am not going to be broken to pay for
