    Never again

    We checked in and went to our room. When we got off the elevator the entire floor smelled of marijuana. We went into the room but the smell lingered in there also. We changed our room and that one was ok. Also when asking about nearby restaurants the desk clerk told us that it wasn’t safe to walk anywhere in the area but we could do uber eats. We ended up leaving the area to find a nice restaurant. I won’t stay again.

    Horrible

    Our experience was far short from amazing. We did not expect the room to not be packed with a mini fridge; which was necessary at some point of out trip. The toilet got clogged minutes after we arrived; the attendant servicing it was questioning us if we had done it; we had just arrived. Clogged toilets is usually a built up over time. They don’t provide with shower wash. Just 1 shampoo and 1 soap bar. The shower faucet was faulty, they don’t provide big shower towels and iron. The white blanket between the linens was dirty; it had lipstick all over and looked unwashed. And to think we are in the middle of a pandemic. If these are their cleaning standards, I don’t want to know what it looked like prior to a pandemic. I will not be going back.

    Do not recommend.

    I booked because it had a pretty good price point for what seemed to be a pretty nice hotel... I had specifically asked for a room with a bathtub prior to my travel date, and got the hotel's concierge team saying it is available. The hotel seemed smaller in person than in photos. The room also looked smaller than the photos, but I just kept telling myself it was for a good price point.. aaaand no bathtub. I go to the front desk and they told me that there is no room of the type I booked that has a tub... So that was the first. Then to the sheets being all different colors of whites, which feels really cheap. The bed having three pillows only, and them not in great qualoty either. The shower being extremely low water pressure (close to that of consistent drizzle), the questionable blotches in the towels.. No vending machine nor a snack bar of any sort. I know my complaints sound petty, but all that to say I wouldn't recommend. I thought this place had a pretty good rating on this website, and I am questioning why. Next time, I will spend a bit more money for better.
