The staff was amazing. The view was great. Hemingway Restaurant in Hotel was great. The location is fantastic. My only negative is that their pillows are awful/cheap. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

    Relaxing Trip

We stayed for our anniversary/baby moon. The room was great, very cozy and spacious. The location was perfect t, great for walking around town. I loved how seriously they took masks and social distancing. My only complaint is because of COVID there isn’t daily cleaning service in the rooms. When we’d asked for the garbage to be taken out and new towels we never had someone come in. Otherwise it was great.

First Impression was a Great Impression!

This was our first time in Asheville and we selected our room based on the pictures. We were very nervous and just went for it. From Valet to the Front Desk, our experience was great! If I had anything to suggest it would be to have better lighting in the room and mostly in the bathroom (it's hard to put on make-up when the lighting is dim.) :-)

    Would definitely come back

Service was amazing from the time we stepped into the lobby at check in we were sent upstairs with a glass of champagne! The room was absolutely beautiful with city and Mountain View’s! The room was clean and spacious and very accommodating for our stay! At check out we were gifted with a complimentary jar of local honey! Great experience overall and would definitely come back!

    Phenomenal hotel

This trip was amazing. We stayed at the Cambria for 5 nights. The staff is superb. The manager Brian went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Great view of the mountains and downtown Asheville

    Amazing.

I got a text the morning of our trip confirming my special request which started the visit before we arrived. The staff was super friendly and the view of the room was perfect. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

    Five Stars in The Ashe

This is a beautiful hotel with great Mountain Views on the upper floors. We were greeted with glasses of champagne when we arrived and a free gift of locally sourced honey when we left. The valet was easy with a texting system that made it super easy to get your car. The rooms are clean and decorated well with beautiful wraps to compliment the views of downtown Asheville. The restaurant has a nice view surrounded by glass and an open balcony with firepits for chilly nights. The open air is very refreshing for a nightcap, although the food is pretty average for Cuban food, but it’s on par for most of the restaurants in the area. I ate at several restaurants in the area and was impressed by the service, but not the food. Great people, great views, but mediocre food. Grading on a curve this hotel gets five stars.
