It was dirty on the 2nd floor. House keeping was still cleaning rooms at 8pm. Front desk was rude. 2nd floor smelled like weed and bleach with bleach spots on the floor. Smoke detector was hanging off the wall. Stray cats all over. Permanent residents partying outside most the night.
