Bad customer service
Obviously this hotel needs more professional, friendly and kind staff , you should expect more than usual wait time to check-in, also I had terrible experience during check out, I paid 20£ and extended our check out by 2pm, @1:45 I had planned to pick up our luggages and take a taxi , but my key did not work I came back to receptionist and asked for help, they impolitely behaved with me and asked me to stay in end of check-in line to fix issue, after some time somebody served me and told me issue is fixed but unfortunately after I came back to my room still key did not work and I repeated same process again, we left this hotel with 40 min delay and had a terrible moment to caught our train to leave country. If you charge guests like a high quality hotel then they will expect to receive high quality service of this hotel.
