Great location and a nice hotel. The room was lovely, the reception staff were lovely. Breakfast was a bit manic. The selection of food was great, but very busy and only one coffee machine working, caused big queues for coffee. Had a nice swim on our own in the morning, but the pool could have been a bit warmer and just look a bit tired.

Was happy with the stay. It’s a little out of the way and the area wasn’t fabulous but it’s across the road from Lambeth North tube (Bakerloo) Good size room. Bathroom was a good size and clean. The beds were very comfortable, nice sauna and steam room. Pool was freezing. Friendly staff. Water available in reception. Restaurant was nice but on the more expensive side for what it was.

A lovely but short stay in the hotel (we were only in London for one night!) but the room was lovely and comfortable for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) and the bathroom huge! Lots of lovely touches for kids as it was during half term and a great breakfast (kids ate free!)

We only stayed here because Avanti West Coast had cancelled our train back to Liverpool... I stayed here before, but this time was still exceptional. They don't cut corners or forget about you, Security was 24h on the door, at least 4 check in staff working at once at 11pm. The room was modern, and comfy with a sofa. However the bed was hard but still had a good sleep
