The property itself was OK but the person we spoke with by phone was neither courteous nor helpful. Because of COVID there is no one in attendance and the key is provided automatically when indicating your last name and providing a credit card. We asked is there was a restaurant nearby or a place where we could have coffee and the person responding shrugged us off saying we should find our own way. Right across the street there was a McDonalds!! Otherwise the hotel was clean, hot water in the shower. No complaint but it wouldn't cost much to put a small kettle in the room for tea or coffee!

We stayed here on our way way to Paris from Italy. Was clean, many restaurants in the area. Kids enjoyed trampoline. Too cool to use pool but it looked clean. Pool wasn’t real big but nice as was the room. Quite even though close to main road. Good value.

Vraiment déçu
Nous venons chaque année à La Mirandole mais cette année nous avons vraiment été déçu. A notre arrivée il faisait 23 degré dans la chambre donc beaucoup trop chaud, nous avons bien entendu réglé la température sur 19 mais à chaque fois au bout de quelques minutes celui ci se remettait à 23, la nuit a 4 à vraiment été compliqué avec cette chaleur, surtout avec les restrictions du moment apparemment il n'en tienne pas compte. La porte de la chambre qui menait a l'entrée ne fermait pas. Idem pour le volet impossible de le fermer complètement. La literie est vraiment a changer en tout cas dans la chambre 18. Et aucunes prises présentent dans l'entrée ou la salle de bain donc pas possible de brancher notre glacière alors que les autres années nous n'avions pas rencontré ce problème. Les jeux pour enfants qui se trouvaient dehors (trampoline et balançoire) ont disparu au grand désespoir de notre fille. Je pense que c'est la dernière fois que nous venons malgré l'accueil agréable et le petit déjeuner que nous apprécions beaucoup.
