A Warm Welcome to Crete.
This hotel is a lovely conversion of an historic Venetian Palazzo and just a short walk from the bus station. While it is located in the historic district it was very quiet and we were able to get the sleep we needed to adjust to the time change. We had just little problem finding the location as Google maps has problems with small pedestrian alleyways that aren't registered as roads. This is not unique to this property and GPS co-ordinates would be helpful. Our room was small but very tastefully appointed. The hostess was very welcoming and we are particularly grateful for her help with the translation and assistance for a pharmacy need. The assistants on the front desk were also very welcoming and helpful. For travellers who want to enjoy the beach, the hotel offered sun umbrellas, sun block and beach towels. The room was beautifully made up every morning with a little surprise. The olive oil formulated shampoo that is supplied is really a lovely product and far beyond any other hotel shampoo. Thank you for such a warm welcome to Crete.

Perfect hotel and location
Beautiful little family run hotel in the perfect position in the old town. Couldn't ask for more from the hosts, so friendly and a mine of information regarding the area, great info on local beaches and where to eat great local Creten food. Lovely rooftop garden for relaxing with a glass of wine.

Lovely hidden gem of Chania.
Really loved the stocked free mini bar with fruits and wine and ‘raki’ (local liquor) and drinks. Wonderful intimate area of downtown located just steps from everything with great history. Could modernize the reception area, and build out the rooftop area with seating for guests. The alleyway also boasts one of the best restaurants in Chania next door.

Perfect Chania Hotel
This hotel is beautiful and the owner makes you feel right at home. You feel like you are in a part of Chania history and the location is absolutely perfect! The street that it's on is picturesque itself. Don't miss out on staying at this perfect place in Chania.

Fantastic
We had an amazing stay in Chania at the Palazzo di Pietro. The little touches are absolutely out of this world, from the wine, sweets, drinks and fruit in the mini bar and the wonderful honey to all the information about the history of Chania and where to go and where to avoid. All the recommendations were spot-on. It goes without saying all the rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean - they really have thought of everything. This hotel is really outstanding.
