Best location starts to Trevi Foubtain
Fantastic location within walking distance to any of the sites you would want to see in Rome. The room we stayed in was on the third floor (we are young and active so we were ok with stairs). As many have mentioned, the windows are well insulated so little noise from the throngs of tourists and vendors below. We felt safe. The room was spacious. Livia and her team are quick to respond and communicate. I would not hesitate to book again and I hope to return in the next couple of years.

A very nice apartment located just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. Staff was great, we had a flight delay but they stuck around to get us checked in and we had zero problems during our stay.

Good value for the money
Excellent central location very near Trevi Fountain. Although the area is very busy and touristy, when you close the window it’s very quiet. Room is not fancy, but clean and comfortable, bed is good, bathroom is fine. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it’s reasonably priced and a good value. Pleasant stay and definitely recommended.

This is not a hotel. More like a bnb. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 very steep flights of steps with no help. The room is very small and connected to a work/supply room. Worst of all the air conditioning won’t go below a certain point so during 100 degree Fahrenheit weather, we were extremely uncomfortable. Location is good but can all be very busy and loud.
