For a "luxury" property this feels more like a poorly maintained country motel stopover. More expensive than 5* Sydney hotels... definitely not worth the money. Eg toilet seat broken, bathroom sink has open drain, coffee cart in foyer makes it extremely difficult to enter or exit the property. Bar staff were more interested in gossiping with each other and dancing than making sure customers were looked after. Lack of parking. Amenities???

It is a very relaxing place. The room was good. It is quite expensive for the area, so it was surprising that the included very enjoyable and relaxed breakfast included only one cup of coffee without extra payment. Maybe they wish to discourage lingering in the breakfast area.
