Let me start by saying we had the most amazing view! Although, I was a little disappointed with the house, some of the pictures must be 20-30 years old of the outside of the house. The roof leaked when it rained and when you cooked anything the flies came in through the gaps in the windows and doors. The property owner was nice enough to come and spray and clean up after the first incident but dealt with it on our own after that because they do things on “island time”. Upon arrival the ac units were not working properly and thankfully he did replace the unit on our 5th day there again “island time”.

AC wasnt working the first day but the property manager made efforts trying to fix it. Other than that everything was great, very clean and got a beach in your backyard where you can go snorkeling and find some small fish and starfish. Also have ice cream fast food type restaurant and a full service dine in restaurant few houses down the road. Was ver convenient.

This beach house is right on the water! It was perfect for our week in Exuma! Good location, very clean and friendly host/hostess to communicate with when needed. Very propmt reaponse to inquiries.

Beautiful beach view and great beach access. Stayed in Room 2, which was on 2nd floor. Considering the price, the room and service was unacceptable. Tried to check in at 3:30 and no one was present, room was still being cleaned, and no key was available for a long time. One of two room A/C units was broken. A floor fan without a safety screen (very dangerous) was plugged in. Someone was supposed to come to check the A/C but they never showed up. The room had exposed electrical wiring as well as unfinished and poor quality construction. Front door, for example, was installed incorrectly, so that I could not even enter without bumping my head. Cable TV was not working, and figuring out the WiFi password was needlessly difficult. Contrary to the listing, there are no restaurants "on site". Big D's Conch Spot is a short walk, and the Lighthouse Cafe & Ice Cream Parlor is next door.
