Bad hotel and the worst management!
Had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. It is located right next to an open sewer which makes swimming in the sea in front of the hotel not advisable. The biggest problem however is the staff. In particular the manager seems to go out of her way to make things as difficult and unpleasant as possible for the guests. You are made to feel quite unwelcome, as if they are doing some type of favour in letting you pay to stay there. Sheets were not changed once throughout our stay. Breakfast is awful, (and of course it's not even included in the daily rate). One day we were told the only option is cereal, (not even the normal meagre portion of fruit or horrible juice was available that day), and you are basically forced to eat it as there is nothing else in the vicinity for breakfast. The manager told us we could have a late checkout, (for an extra charge of course, do not expect to get an extra couple of hours late checkout as a courtesy at this place), and then at the last minute just as we heading to the beach told us we actually could not have the late checkout and need to checkout immediately. Extremely unprofessional. Wifi is bad, if you are thinking of staying here, I strongly advise to run in the other direction.

Can not recommend
The hotel has a great beach area. That's about all that is good. It's located near a busy street in between local residences. We were told that just for one night, we would have to stay in a room that faced the street, but would be moved the next day. It was very noisey and felt almost like the cars and motorcycles were passing through our room. On the second day I inquired about being moved. The female attendant stated at 1pm a different room would be available. At 2pm we found out we could not switch rooms, so we spent another noisey night. On the third day we got to the room and found the room had been cleaned but no towels were left for us. Annoyed we spoke to a second female attendant who finally got our room changed. That day we had no hot water, as someone failed to pay the bill. The break fast was not good at all. Extremely slow service and a plain menu. Breakfast was not included, which I didn't originally realize otherwise I would have ate elsewhere. Overall the service was terrible. The attitude of the attendants were rude and unhelpful. We spent most of our time over at Coco Plum using their bar and beach area.

Very good 8.0
Good San Adres Option with a beautiful beach
The hotel is new and we loved the sea tapestry on the wall of our sleeping room. The days with tropical rain at night, we liked to sit on our balcony and whatched the busy street, We liked the neighbourhood, there are two alimentary stores and a good hamburgessia next door. The bus has been stopping in front of the hotel. The traffic is heavy but the very good beds let us sleep unexpectedly good. the strand right in th front with sun beds was been hold very tidy and the neighbour next door has a small very cosy strand bar. The Hotel Team had been very friendly, though there had been difficulties with englisch language (that is rather often), We have been scuba diving in san andres and the option to use the facilities if the two sister hotels in San Andres had been highly appreciated. Given that we had our difficzulties to find a nice inexpensive hotel at the sea sde, we have been happy with our choice,

Be very careful about staying here.
Be very careful, I hope the administrator reads this: The cook was drunk half the time and was constantly making the stay uncomfortable. Stray and starving dogs everywhere. Breakfast sucked. Loud uncontrolled neighbors half of the nights, with dubious characters. Be very careful of staying here. Only plus: cleaning lady was amazingly kind and good. Location is good as well.

Quiet spot right on the beach
Quiet part of the island, about 10 minutes from central San Andrés. Right on the beach with access by launch to nearby islands. No restaurant. Breakfast is provided at a cost per selection. Staff is small and slow to respond to your needs.
