COVID RESTRICTIONS: Please inquire with the front desk staff about the latest social distancing requirements, limited seating and occupancy availability in public spaces. The elevators are limited to 4 guests or one family at a time, increasing waiting times. The restaurant, bar and sauna are temporarily closed due to COVID.

The Neighborhood:
Convenient to the marina, park, Starbucks, restaurants, movie theaters, retail stores and only a few minutes away from the highway for an easy drive to downtown and all major highways!
Getting Around:
There is a train station about a mile away, it's best to get here by private/ rental car or taxi.

Please note that extra guests (up to the maximum allowable occupancy limits) added after the booking will incur a $10 + tax/ night/ extra guest fee.
Please remember that you are staying in a private studio, not a hotel unit despite that my private property is in a building shared… with a hotel.
You get the same access to the amenities & engineer help as hotel guests, but daily cleaning is not part of the rate. Please let us know if you would like to purchase additional cleaning services, like a change of linens or towels.
The photos are 100% accurate.
The kitchenette and bathroom are original but well taken care of.
There are 3 elevators, you can expect to wait for 2 -3 minutes during the morning rush hour for an available elevator.
