Good hotel
This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. Once again, the stay was pretty good. Nice breakfast, good dinner and comfy clean rooms. Well priced hotel for Livingstone and what you get. Will definitely stay there again.

Leon's Warm Harbour Review
This was one of my worst experiences ever. When I arrived, I had to spend more than an hour before being checked in and the front desk girl was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Not only did she make me wait, she had the guts to tell me after an hour of waiting that they were fully booked and indicated that I was to be moved to another Chinese hotel despite the fact that I had already paid for my reservation through hotels.com. I refused and demanded to see the manager and after another 30 minutes, they eventually managed to provide me with a room. I will never use this hotel again, even if they were the only ones left with room availability. NEVER

なんとなく「中華人民共和国」を想起させるホテルでした。部屋の照明もそう。フロントの時計も現地・ロンドン・北京の時刻を表示しているのもそう。中国人の宿泊客が多いのもそう。朝食が中華なのもそう。朝食がほんとうはバイキング形式なのに中国人だけ別メニューなのもそう。

Hotel novo em livingstone administrado por chineses Quarto grande porém o banheiro não é bom devido ao fraco fluxo de agua tanto no vaso como no chuveiro o que eu desconfio talvez seja um problema de falta de agua na zambia Quarto tem frigobar porém a internet cai muito e deixa a desejar Café da manhã incluido e muito bom Recepçao excelente e oferecem um transfer ida e volta para o aeroporto Localizaçao de dia excelente embora fique em uma pista que dá acesdo as cataratas em 10 minutos a pé voçê chega no centro onde encontra restaurantes e supermercados de noite é muito escuro e necessita um taxi para ir ao centro
