I booked 3 rooms for my family, and after an initial mixup (our fault) everything was straightened out quickly and painlessly. The second night however, was a different matter. We were up for my son’s graduation, and my parents’ keys were working. Front desk graciously reprogrammed a new set as we left. When we returned we found out the new key didn’t work, so back down to the front desk we went. I also had to go because my husband had my key, and hadn’t returned with our group. I was hoping for a replacement key if possible. New keys were made: mine worked, my mother’s did not. My mom went down again but got flustered because that’s how she gets when questioned by someone with whom gets short tempered with her. She did get new keys made yet again. When she came up this time and didn’t work I realized it wasn’t the key, it was the lock. The lady at the front desk was working by herself, yet the second time my mother came down should have elicited a response other than irritation. Especially since we found out other guests were having key problems as well. I just called because I realized I can’t find my car keys. The lady who answered
