If the weather had cooperated I could have stepped out my door for a spectacular sunset over the Tasman Sea. Owners were friendly and helpful. They will pick you up from the railway station from the Tranzalpine.

This was one of the best hotel stays we have has in 3 months of travel. Not only were the staff exceptionally welcoming, but the property and our room were both immaculately clean. The facilities in the room were also very good, including sky tv and reliable internet. We were also picked up from the station by the staff which was very helpful.
