installed in 2022. The condo has been freshly painted and has all new

furniture. The 2nd bedroom has two double beds and it has been updated
too with new bedding. There is also a new Roku TV in the 2nd bedroom.

cushions. Enjoy a cocktail on your private balcony overlooking the
marina and watch the historic Little River Swing Bridge open and
close. If you don t feel like cooking in the fully stocked kitchen,
you can walk to Filet s Steak, Seafood and Sushi Restaurant and have
dinner, followed by drinks at the Tiki Bar.
Also, enjoy the large swimming pool. It is right under the building
for you to enjoy with harbor views.
The area s best attractions are just a few minutes away by boat or by
car. The condo is close to beautiful beaches, tremendous shopping
outlets like Barefoot Landing, live entertainment and world-class
golf. The marina has 100 wet slips (transients welcome), a modern
wooden floating dock, jet-ski rentals, charter fishing and a ship s
store.
