Ok stay but probably won't stay again
•Check-in was later than 2pm but staff were good •Phone reception in the room was very patchy, sometimes I got signal but more often not. •First day there and only 1 lift was working in the skycity tower, there was a 5min wait to get up and down the lift •The rest of the stay there, there was only 2 out of 4 lifts working •Went to use the dishwasher and it stunk, almost like it needed to be cleaned and dried properly

This hotel had an awesome view but was let down by the long wait for checkin. We probably wouldn’t stay again as the last thing travellers need is an hours wait at check in counters.
