New Hotel very spacious room. Lots of people in the small lobby did not give a good impression. Breakfast area looked like a Mac Donald’s. Room was good but the lobby area needs improvement did not feel like a good hotel at all felt like a cheap inn

Hotel was clean. There is a $75 pet fee that I did not see mentioned on the Hotel.com website. Buffet was sub-par with packaged breakfast sandwiches' and make your own waffle's. Everything else was boxed or packaged.

Excellent accommodations.
The lady that checked us in, Mary, was amazing. She accommodated our need for a quiet, pet free room. The hotel itself, as well as our room, was immaculate. The breakfast buffet was fantasic and well maintained with the quality of the coffee being the highlight. All staff excelled at their respective jobs, something that is becoming more and more rare. I will absolutely stay here again.
