First they sent me to a different building than i had booked and then when i got there the security hadn't been informed to let me in. I left a phone msg and email with trinity and they took an hour and a half to respond. By that time i had given up and checked in at a hotel.

Location was great. That was about it. Had to stay there in a bind because the other reservation was canceled last minute. If you stay here it isn't AWFUL but you should expect to have the bare minimum of what you need.

Price nearly doubled with hidden fees. Be sure about your travel dates as no refund was issued (our plans changed and I tried to cancel within 13 minutes of reserving the room, and with 11 days remaining for someone else to book it). To their credit, this draconian policy is clearly set out in the fine print. I was told over the phone that cancellations must be dealt with by email. Whoever manages the email address stopped responding when asked about the cancellation policy. Based on my experience, and the balance of all the other reviews, this rental appears to be fraudulent and should probably not be a legitimate property on a reputable site like Expedia. Cue the music for a disingenuous response from the vendor...

Booked 12 York, not only did I have to send my photo ID three times, they had a last minute destruction to the condo I was renting The put me up on front street 20 min walk away in a filthy condo. There was mold in the condoalong with a destroyed iron and cigarette burns everywhere. When I ask for a refund, they said no, and did nothing to make me happy at all for a massive inconvenience, and more than that when I requested clean sheets they said rhey were out of the country. Book trinity suites at you peril. You will regret it.

Great location, be careful of the fees
Be careful of the low nightly rate because they 'tack on' an extra $112 in mandatory fees that is almost as much as the nightly rate. Great location but the booking will be more than you budgeted that is pricey on a short term rental.

Please reimburse! This reservation was cancelled by the property because they could not honour the rate because of the long weekend. This left me in a quite a jam, and from the looks of it they did not contact hotels.com so that I could get my money back. Sounds a little illegal to cancel someone's reservations so that they can go charge someone else more money
