1 night stay
Friendly staff. Very old hotel. well kept & ideal for a bed for the night. Having to share bathrooms was OK for us for 1 night, but might be inconvenient for some.

Value for money
The room and shared bathroom were basic but very clean. It was good enough for a night stay.

Pleasant hotel
I booked a single room for two nights. The room was fine, although I did have to move some furniture around to get access to the plug closest to the bed, the bed comfortable enough. Not ensuite and the bathroom was down the hall and around a couple of corners. The showers were good and the bathroom was very clean. The kitchen doesn’t open in the mornings for breakfast, but there are plenty of cafes nearby. There is a restaurant, which was okay for a dinner, but a little pricey for what it was, I thought. WiFi was okay. The owner/manager was very friendly and frequently asking if everything was okay, whenever he saw you.

February overnight stay
I mentioned to the owner that the room was very nice but could be improved by having a hair dryer, tissues and a small bar fridge. He thanked us for our suggestions and said that he would attend to those things. The lack of air conditioning may or may not be an issue.
