The hotel didn’t have rooms available at checkin time. They gave us the room 4 hours after we arrived and with difficulty.

The property is nice but the AC is controlled and won’t go under 74 degrees! Had to call and complain until we were told it will never go under 74 because that’s how the hotel saves costs! The breakfast was good but they check to make sure you belong to the room you are in. Ice is on 2nd floor and your key card won’t let you go up the elevator to any other floor but yours so no ice for us! This is definitely not the holiday inn from the United States!

Yo estuve dos días antes en una suite en el mismo Hotel y luego como no tenía para la tercera noche Suite entonces compré una noche cuando salimos. Les supliqué porque también tomé para toda mi familia cuartos les pedí que cuando me cambiaran de suite a cuarto fuera en el mismo piso porque somos personas mayores quedaron que se lo iban a hacer entonces yo salí a pasear regresé en la noche cuando regresé en la noche la señorita que estaba fue muy grosera fue la única persona grosera que estuvo es también la gerente de él. Hotel no me dieron el cuarto como me prometieron en el piso que yo estaba con mis hijos me fue muy difícil porque necesitamos tarjetas para poder subir a los pisos y no podíamos tener tarjetas todos si me hicieron muy la vida de cuadritos esta última noche las otras que estuve fue muy bien aquí fue la culpa de la gerente y otra señorita, que estaba en el lobby Fuera de eso todo estuvo muy bien. Lástima que nos trataron tan mal este momento y luego les pedí de favor que me hicieran el favor de darnos una llave para poder subir a los pisos y no me dieron permiso me amoló el viaje. Gracias
