Only book if you're a very deep sleeper!
The room was ok, quite spacious but the bed was not particularly comfortable. The bathroom was very old-looking with the toilet seat hanging off and rust around hinges etc. However, the big issue was that we could not sleep. There is a karaoke bar on the rooftop and the karaoke went on until 2am! Our room was nowhere near the rooftop yet we could hear every word being sung. When you book a hotel room, you want to sleep- if we wanted to go to a karaoke bar, we would do. We love going out and enjoy karaoke but not at 2am in a hotel. I called reception at 1am trying to ask if they knew where the noise was coming from and they said they'd ask them to turn the music down but that definitely didn't happen.

I kind of regretted booking at this hotel. They only provided 2 bath towels, not even a towel to dry your feet. And the shower stall is so disappointing old. This hotel is poorly maintained. The free breakfast is fine. The staffs are great though, courteous and respectful…

could have been worse
Booked at this hotel because my flight was canceled due to the typhoon. No electricity all over Cebu and this was one of the few hotels that had a working generator. The staff was very accommodating, but considering the influx of people they were a bit overwhelmed in handling customer queries
