The hotel was lovely, the room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Both the hotel and room were kept very clean.

The hotal was very amazingly designed, huge and comfortable room, Pampering bathroom. Nice breakfast but bit low selection. The stuff was friendly and treat us for my friend birthday. The cleanliness could be much better, even the window was dusty, and we can't see the view. There ia no enough attention for the Corona instructions.

Stunning property in the heart of downtown. Great location and lovely rooms. Stayed with my family. Think the F&B options could have been better, but possibly due to Covid the options have been limited for supply and demand. So can’t comment really on that. Pool is lovely. Very sophisticated hotel and hardworking staff.

Great stay at Renaissance Hotel, great staff very helpful and friendly, rooms were very nice and clean and its a great location if you want to be close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Both about 20 min walk. Also nice rooftop restaurant with nice view.

Corner Suite wasn’t worth the extra money
The hotel was great. however, our corner suite’s carpet and coach had huge dirty marks on it. Also, half of the view was blocked off because the window towards the creek side was extremely dusty. I called multiple times to have the room switched or just to clean the coach/carpet, they said they would do it but never did. I stayed for 8 nights. Other than that, the hotel is pretty nice and location is great.

The room was not clean and the furnitures is damaged and have burns..the operator and resturant dont pick up the phone...the location is bad comparing to the rate that i found..the service person who brought the food to our room started asking weird questions about mu child..the hotel environment is so boring..never going to stay again
