This was my second time to Izla Hotel and it surpassed my expectations. The hotel was taking all precautions and I never felt unsafe. Sanitizer was available everywhere, masks required when walking around and I never saw one employee take off their mask even in the heat! The service was spectacular! I cannot say enough good things about Juan!

Was an exceptional experience the property is pretty brand new, the staff is super friendly, we had a short but a pleasant stay. We cannot wait to go back and stay longer. Shout out to Luis, Pedro & Andrea at the Restaurant Izla and also to Jhoni and Carolina at the Front Desk. Request a higher floor as possible if you'd like to enjoy a better view.

Property was clean, quiet, comfortable beds, beautiful views from 5th floor balcony. The negative was lack of good Resturant, pool only had shade at 6:30 pm so morning and mid day too hot to use it. Staff spoke little English so it was hard to communicate simple requests. Sewer was being worked on at entrance to hotel at arrival so the smell was not welcoming. But hey, quickly started enjoying the beautiful island.

Izla hotel was very spotless and wonderful. We took a visit there during Covid and felt very safe and relaxed. The infinity pool on the roof overlooking the sunset was very nice! I also like how they play deep house music on the roof at night. The music stops at 10pm. We will be back!

This was a last minute change for hotel. Honestly best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We even made some friends. I would definitely recommend people to stay here. The food at their cafe was delicious, we made sure we tried every option they had. The drinks were good too. I love our room it had the perfect view to the ocean and it even included a bathtub in the balcony, super breathtaking. I would love to come visit again. This has been the best honeymoon ever. We will miss the staff, hotel, and the Island.

Hotel value was superb! bed comfort subpar. there was one issue we encountered with the bed and the front concierge resolved the problem right away. The staff; from house keepers, room service, and pool bar staff were all wonderful! We hope to come back soon! Muchas gracias to the hard working staff!
