We had a wonderful stay in our beautiful, luxurious suite with a private pool. The view from our suite was second to none. Service was attentive, friendly and prompt. Area grounds are grogeous with lush tropical plantings. Interesting experience was the monkeys who came disconcertingly close to us (drinking from the pool, and jumping on the roof of the gazebo), buty ifr you're in the right mindset, this adds to the feeling of not being in Kansas anymore. A few suggestions that might enhance an already great experience: Perhaps consider new ironing boards and irons, and an extended wine list at the hotel restaurant would be great. Overall, a fantastic stay and unbeatable value.

Amazing room with a breathtaking view, bed super comfortable, bathroom luxurious, little kitchenette very handy, plunge pool and deck an extra comfort and luxury. Wonderful gardens around villas, loved the privacy. Fantastic, friendly and attentive staff, excellent service. Menu clear, extensive enough, dishes presented beautifully and priced well, not overpriced at all. Hotel infinity pool wonderful. Overall- exclusive tropical luxury with friendly staff.

What to say...this was an amazing experience!It is a gem in the middle of the nature! The hotel is all you expect and more: -super room with private pool -clean room and generous size bathroom with bath overlooking the nature outside through a window -friendly and helpful staff - FLOATING BREAKFAST and massages are a MUST to try -room service very efficient -good quality restaurant and breakfast -nice big swimming pool -free shuttle to Ubud center Minus cons/improvement/things to bear in mind: -the hotel is a bit away from the main airport, in fact it is locate in the lovely Ubud area. No problems about that but you just need to be aware that with the traffic it will take 1.30-1.45 mins to arrive from the airport. -the overall hotel would benefit from additional facilities such as SPA/gym etc -be aware that we are in the middle of the nature so if your are not very brave like me, you have to get used to the local animals/insects:)

I love this property! Staff were warm from the moment you check-in till check-out. Plunge pool was awesome, wonderful view, soft bed, good size bathroom, breakfast was wonderful - ask for the floating breakfast. The buggie rides to pick you up from your villa/restaurant/lobby were fun and we enjoyed the hotel shuttle to the Ubud Palace. The only thing to this property is, there are not many food choices in the area. Having said that, the restaurant itself is not bad. I'll stay here again, anytime.

The property has an AMAZING view!!!! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here. The only minor con is that the A/C isn't powerful enough to overcome the sun generated heat when the blinds are open.
