It is beautiful rooms and terrace, pool is nice and it has a bar with service, I dont like that you are not allowed in the pool after 8 pm. The staff were great very nice and respectful, I did not like that the jacuzzi in the terrace did not work :'( it fill up with water but the little motors or jets dont work, it would have been awesome if it did. Also the beach in front of the hotel had rocks in the bottom and there was a lot of algae, but I dont know if that is out of their reach. First time I went to Tulum in 2017 the beach was beautiful the other two times including this one it has been full of algae. But overall I was happy with this luxurious hotel. There was also groups of music in the evening which was very nice.
