I always seek out Holiday Inn!
I always seek out Holiday Inn. Their customer service is second to none. No matter what might happen, they are always ready to bend over backwards to make me happy. Called ahead to request the my 2 rooms be near each other, and they blocked ghem off for me. Had a problem with the toilet in one room, but they managed to get it taken care of, even ghough they didn't have a maintenance person at the location at the time. They still got someone up there to my room to fix it quickly. And made sure i had fresh towels and coffee afterwards too. Always above and beyond!

Could have been better
I think they were doing the best they could, considering the situation . My eyes started burning shortly after entering my room. I think it was something that they cleaned the room with. The problem got better the next day. There were no supplies for the coffee maker in the room. A wet cleaning cloth was left behind on the bathroom sink. Maybe they are short staffed?

As long as Covid has been going on...you would have thought they had a better solution for breakfast. Only fruit to be had was oranges. No pastry or bread. No variety of drinks. Was a real downer. But other than that everyone was nice and the property was clean.

Comfort with no surprises
Visiting my aged mother so I didn’t need any little irritations and this hotel was perfect. Clean and friendly. Great breakfast with The COVID restrictions. Beds comfortable and a nice shower. Will stay here again.
