Generally clean, comfortable bed, floor creaked loudly whenever you walked about the room. There was a faulty power point and the toilet seat was loose and moved whenever used. There was a full sink unit in the room which was great. Lack of utensils (1teaspoon only), 1 plate and 1 bowl, no tea towel or wash up cloth. Laundry facility good. This was a double room. Bed linen good, towels good. Central to everything which was very convenient. Signage could be improved to show where to go.

Was ok I guess you get what you paid for but just good enough for one male. Aircon was a bit noisy especially at night, no parking area makes it hard to bring cars and had to pay extra for car parking for j another place

Bargains are not always great
There is a no-refund policy probably put in place as anyone who arrives here will want to leave. Location is great, but you have to deal with no service at all. We requested late check in but received the entry details 3 days later! Thankfully a helpful staff got us in. No mirror in bathroom, shower flooded, no cleaning or changing of beds. Not worth the trouble

Was very disappointing. Was not clear in text that it was a shared bathroom. Noisy. Bed not particularly comfortable. Pillow uncomfortable. Hard to find room. Room was cold & no heater & receiption closed. No standard tea bag available only green tea. Only good points were location was handy to CBD, staff member was helpful as we were late for check-in and it was clean.
