Would never stay here again- Would not recommend.
We were early at the hotel so had to wait in the restuarant/hotel, first thing we noticed is the high number of flies in the restaurant - unpleasant. When we checked into our room we looked over the room and there were ants all over the headboard and in the bed and on the pillows. There were hundreds. We obviously could not stay in this room (which we paid to upgrade aswell) so we asked for another room. The next room, also had ants but on the floor. However the room had an awful sewage stench which was unbearable. They then upgraded us to a suite which was OK, but very basic. There were no shower gel provided, no hand towels, nothing extra/different to the normal rooms. Outside area around the pool, the pool never felt or looked clean. There were millions of ants all over the sunbeds and on the sand and around the pool. The hotel just felt dirty. The sea, on the pictures look great, however it doesn’t actually seem like you can swim in it. It’s not the bright blue colours the pictures show, it’s fulll of metal rods I think for fishing so unable to swim in the sea. Nobody went in the sea while i stayed there. Do not trust the pictures.

Beautiful place and staff - however for the price I paid for a beach view suite I had expected the wifi and tv to work a little better. The wifi was the worst out of all places I have stayed on my multiple trips to Bali, even though I paid nearly $300 a night for this 2 night stay. The TV also did not work which was another disappointment. Other than that the view, room and staff were amazing.
