Besides the fact that, the hotel was in an industrial area, rooms with no windows to open for fresh air, and the 24-hour room service was not always available. The 24 hour Lobby and smoking section were not 24 hours as described. I would definitely recommend staying somewhere else. There are so much better options for the price in much nicer areas. But the only positive side was that the Manager, Mr.Mert would definitely step in to solve your issues or needs.

The property was modern, bedrooms spacious for 3 people. Good quality toiletries. Excellent gym and sauna. Steam room was closed but looked good. Lovely spa area. Bar had a decent selection of food. And great ambience in the evening. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Only down side was there a cemetery next door so the view from my window was a little depressing.

Having stayed in a few different hotels in Istanbul, this hotel was just amazing in terms of service, rooms, and value. The hotel is only a few years old, and therefore has incredibly sized rooms, a wonderful sauna, swimming pool, and Turkish baths. Although it was during Covid, the buffet breakfast was amazing - and the pandemic wasn’t used as an excuse to cut service or quality. This is now our hotel of choice for future stays!

Amazing stuff’ friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the view from my room because it was close to a cemetery and I didn’t like that they don’t have a transport so you can pick up and be dropped off at the airport

I found a coach roach in my room and it honestly disgusted me and I was pretty disappointed. I also had to change rooms cause of the AC and overall the hotel didn’t give me a pleasant experience

My family and I stayed for 20 nights on a vacation and it was amazing. It was one of the only hotels consistently monitoring our health and keeping everything sanitized during this pandemic. Everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast was good and everything went well for the 20 nights.
