2/10 Poor

The room was very nice but the air conditioning was broken. I reported it the receptionist who seemed to be anxious to remedy it. I went out to eat- on my return, still not working and no message, email or call. Atrocious customer service. 24 Hours later still no contact from the hotel.

The property was near to all shops and restaurants, just.around the corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was in walking distance to Picasso's house, and museum, a Roman amphitheater and walls, and also within easy walking distance to the Port and beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Was a lovely safe space to stay, reception friendly and very helpful. Lots of places to eat nearby, walkable to central Malaga. Tapas bar next door was great. I marked down only 1 star because it’s great, but could do with some new sealant round the shower to make it 5*

Fabulous!

Great hotel and the location, for me, is in the best part of the city. A big mention to the hotel staff, who were all lovely, but a special shout out to the incredibly kind, friendly and caring lady manning reception who was just amazing throughout our stay and especially during the national power outage.
