    Great Host and Stay

Mr. Ricky, the manager, went out of his way to help us find interesting things to do and good restaurants. He drove us to and from town for meals, arranged tours, and gave us a lot of information on local flora and fauna. He's a genuinely kind, and interesting person, and made our trip memorable. The beds are a bit hard for me but the beauty of the site and welcoming of the staff more than made up for it. Breakfast and was delicious and large.

Loved the atmosphere on outside of town and no TV’s let my spouse and I spend quality time together in a beautiful area. Breakfast was outstanding every day. We also loved personalized attention and visiting with staff at breakfast. Mr. Ricky set up all our tours and we loved them both. All staff were incredible ambassadors of their country. Mr. Ricky was willing to give rides into town and cabs were cheap. We stayed part of a trip here and part on a resort. We wouldn’t trade our experience at Caballo Blanco for anything.

The location is perfect, on the outside of town so quiet and great views across open field and forest. Lots of bird life. The gardens are nicely kept. Breakfasts are great. Lettie is very friendly and greets you when you arrive and shows you around. Ricky is very helpful with knowledge about the area and excursions that you can take. Will definitely return if I am in San Ignacio again
